Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Ends Town Hall, including the Pro ($15/month) and Enterprise ($49/month) plans. We want you to be satisfied with our Services, and this policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.

        Current billing status: Automated subscription payments via Stripe are in development. Subscriptions are currently managed manually. Contact us on Discord or by email to subscribe, upgrade, or cancel.
      

2. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No payment is required and no refund applies.

3. Paid Plans — Refund Window

        7-Day Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
      

To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request.

4. After the Refund Window

After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund if:

A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period
You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
A feature critical to your plan was removed or became permanently unavailable

We generally do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind after the 7-day window
Unused portions of a billing period after voluntary cancellation
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

5. Cancellation

        ⚠️ Note: Automated billing is currently in development. Subscriptions and cancellations are processed manually at this time.
      

To cancel your subscription, contact us via the ETH Discord server or email noreply@endstownhall.com. Include your account email and the server(s) you want cancelled. We will process your cancellation and confirm within 48 hours.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 7-day refund window, you are eligible for a full refund — see Section 3. After the window, see Section 4.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
