By accessing or using Ends Town Hall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ends Town Hall is a Discord security and verification SaaS platform. The Service provides browser fingerprinting, identity verification, alt account detection, threat intelligence, moderation tools, and community features for Discord server owners and moderators. The Service requires a Discord account for full functionality.

Verification and Data Collection: By using the verification system on any Discord server powered by Ends Town Hall, you consent to our collection of browser fingerprint data (technical signals from your browser), IP address analysis, and hCaptcha verification. This data is used to detect ban evasion and alt accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Modmail: Messages sent through a server's modmail system are stored on our servers and are accessible to that server's moderators and owner. Do not send sensitive personal information through modmail.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ends Town Hall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
