Code of Conduct
How we keep ETH a focused, welcoming space for builders, gamers, and learners.
🎯 What ETH Is
Ends Town Hall is a community for people who build things — Discord bots, SaaS tools, automations, websites — and for gamers, learners, and anyone curious about cybersecurity and development. It doubles as the official support and announcements hub for the Burner Phone security bot.
The goal is a zero-judgment space where people share what they're building, ask technical questions, and help each other out.
✅ What's Welcome
- Sharing your projects, bots, tools, and websites
- Asking for help with code, setups, and configurations
- Discussing cybersecurity concepts, CTFs, TryHackMe, tools
- Gaming talk — GTA Online, Red Dead, or anything else
- Study sessions, accountability check-ins, lofi, music
- Constructive feedback on other people's projects
- Promoting your own project once in the appropriate channel (no spam)
❌ What's Not Allowed
- Harassment, targeted insults, or personal attacks of any kind
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory content
- Sharing malware, exploits targeting live systems, or tools designed to harm
- Spamming, raiding, mass-pinging, or invite bombing
- Sharing or requesting account credentials, cheats, or stolen data
- Posting NSFW content in any channel
- Evading bans or suspensions with alternate accounts
- Doxxing or sharing anyone's private information
⚠️ Use Your Judgment
- Security research discussions are fine — frame them as learning, not exploitation
- Bot or automation code is fine to share — if it could be weaponized, add context
- Heated debate is fine — personal attacks are not
- Self-promotion is fine once in the right channel — repeated drops are spam
⚖️ Enforcement
Moderation is handled by ETH staff. Actions range from a warning to a permanent ban depending on severity and history.
ETH uses the Burner Phone bot for server verification. All members go through fingerprint verification on join. Alts of banned users are automatically detected and blocked.
