📖 Moderator Quick Reference

Everything you can do as a mod, where to do it, and how it works.

⚡ Mod Actions

⚠️ Warn	DMs the user a warning. Type a custom message. User Lookup → Warn button.	Dashboard
🔒 Suspend	Adds @Suspended role, removes @Verified. User loses channel access but stays in server.	Dashboard
🔓 Unsuspend	Removes @Suspended, restores @Verified. User regains access.	Dashboard
👢 Kick	Removes user from server. They can rejoin but must re-verify.	Dashboard
🔨 Ban	Permanently removes user. If they try to verify on an alt, fingerprint will catch them.	Dashboard + Discord
🗑️ Dismiss	Dismiss a security alert in Discord with no action taken.	Discord only

🔍 How to Take Action

From the dashboard: Go to User Lookup → enter a Discord User ID → click Lookup → use the action buttons below their info.
From Members tab: Click any member's name → jumps to User Lookup with actions.
From Discord: If your log destination includes Discord, Ban/Warn/Dismiss buttons appear on security alerts in #security-logs.
Every action is logged with who did it, when, and why — visible in the Audit Log tab.

Overview	Server stats at a glance — total verifications, threats blocked, VPN detections, alt accounts found.
Verifications	Every verification attempt — who, when, pass/fail, risk score, VPN/proxy flags, alt detection. Click any row to lookup that user.
User Lookup	Deep dive on any user — full verification history, risk data, and mod action buttons.
Activity	Real-time feed of server events — verifications, blocks, alerts.
Analytics	Charts and trends — verification rate over time, threat breakdown, peak hours.
Members	All verified members with risk scores and device info. Click names to lookup. CSV export available.
Mod Logs	History of all mod actions — bans, kicks, warns, suspensions — with who did it.
Alerts	Custom webhook alerts — set thresholds for risk scores, alt detections, VPN spikes, or raids.
Audit Log	Full server history — every role change, message delete, voice join, nickname change, channel create/delete. Auto-refreshes every 15 seconds.

🔐 Permissions

Server Owner	Full access — all tabs, all actions, can change settings, billing, and preferences.
Moderator role	Access to mod panel — can view all tabs and take actions (warn, suspend, kick, ban). IP addresses are masked (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
Regular members	No access to mod panel. Can only verify themselves.

🛡️ What the Bot Does Automatically

Verification: Scans device fingerprint (~500 signals on Free, ~590 Pro, 650+ Enterprise), checks VPN/proxy, calculates risk score, assigns Verified or blocks.
Alt detection: Matches fingerprints across all verifications — if someone verifies on a device already linked to another account, they get Alternate Account role and are blocked.
Ban evasion: If an alt's fingerprint matches a banned user, verification is auto-denied and an alert is posted.
Account age: Accounts under 7 days old are blocked from verifying.
Link scanning: Scans URLs posted in chat against 7 security APIs. If malicious, the message is deleted and Ban/Warn/Dismiss buttons appear.
Auto-block: Users with risk score above threshold (default 70) are automatically blocked.
Audit logging: All 21 event types are logged to the database in real time. Visible in Audit Log tab, auto-refreshes every 15 seconds.

⚠️ What Mods Cannot Do

• Cannot change server settings, toggles, or preferences
• Cannot access billing or plan information
• Cannot remove the server from the platform
• Cannot approve ban appeals (owner only, coming soon)
